Barcelona sports chief Pep Segura has refused to talk about any imminent signings after their Supercopa de Espana defeat to Real Madrid.
Barca have had offers for Liverpool midfielder Philippe Coutinho and Borussia Dortmund attacker Ousmane Dembele turned down in recent days.
Segura told TV3: "We can not talk about these things because it is a poor favor to the players and a lack of respect to the clubs. When we can, we'll talk about signed players."
On Neymar's move to PSG, Segura was more open: "Things are often the way they are. We knew there could be a thousand rumours and we only knew about Neymar on August 2nd. The whole club worked to try to convince him.
"Why? Because there were rumours but until August 2 we did not know anything."
