Barcelona chief Robert Fernandez has continued talks with Guangzhou Evergrande over Paulinho.
Guangzhou are proving stubborn over a fee for the Brazil midfielder, but Robert has made it clear they're prepared to even wait for a deal to be done.
El Mundo Deportivo says Robert would be willing to postpone talks until January for Paulinho.
Such an arrangement would suit Guangzhou, which want their star midfielder available for the Asian Champions League.
Paulinho, for his part, has made it clear he doesn't want the opportunity to join Barca slip.
