Barcelona chief Robert Fernandez admits a former player could succeed Luis Enrique as coach.
Although Jorge Sampaoli is currently the popular choice for the next Blaugrana boss, the Argentine appears to be low on Fernandez's shortlist as his career thus far has been largely restricted to South America.
"It would be very good if the future coach has already gone through the club, they would know Barcelona and that would be a positive," the sporting director revealed ahead of their game against Celta Vigo.
"We have to accept [Luis Enrique's] decision.
"There is no Plan A or Plan B to replace him, our only plan is to beat Celta."
