Barcelona chief Toni Freixa admits Arsenal are refusing to open talks over the sale of Cesc Fabregas.
Freixa concedes the deal appears dead with the Gunners showing no enthusiasm in discussing a transfer.
"Arsenal do not want to sit down and negotiate with us," he said. "There is no lack of will from Cesc or Barca.
"They just do not want to negotiate."
