Barcelona finance chief Javier Faus admits he hopes they can land Santos star Neymar. Faus refused to discuss details of any deal for Neymar, though confessed Neymar's arrival would be welcome by the club's money-men.

"He'd be a perfect strategic marketing operation," enthused Faus.

"But Barca always prioritizes the sport over economics. As (sports director Andoni) Zubizarreta said, Neymar is a Santos player until 2014 so we have nothing more to say."
