Barcelona chief Ariedo Braida has played down talk of Aleix Vidal interesting Roma.

The fullback is being linked with a January move to Roma.

But Braida told LaRoma24: “I have no news on this and have not had any contact with Roma for the player."

The 28-year-old has made just seven appearances in all competition for the Catalans this season.
