Barcelona have recruited a new international scout from off the box!

Sport says Jérome Bigot, a TV presenter in France, has joined Barca sports chief Eric Abidal's scouting team.

Bigot is a former goalkeeper, who played in the French Fourth Division.

Bigot will be "a scout for Barça in several different territories", reports TV3, specifically France (first and second division) and Italy.

Also, in "minor leagues" such as Switzerland, Austria and the Czech Republic.
