Barcelona chasing AC Milan defender Thiago Silva

Barcelona are chasing AC Milan defender Thiago Silva.

Barca coach Javier Mascherano has made a centre-half signing the priority after having to use Javier Mascherano in defence this season.

Marca says Thiago Silva tops their shopping list, with the Brazilian having impressed Barca chiefs earlier this term in the Champions League.

Barca president Sandro Rosell believes they're capable of landing Thiago Silva for €30 million.

First of all, change the "Barca coach Javier Mascheranot" to Pep Guardiola. Second, this would be a great signing, we need another defender.
