Barcelona captain Andres Iniesta is backing their move for Liverpool midfielder Philippe Coutinho.

Iniesta was asked about Barca's winter market plans for Coutinho and Palmeiras defender Yerry Mina.

The midfielder said: "Philippe Coutinho and Yerry Mina? I think they would be two big reinforcements. If the club believes that the team should be strengthened in these positions, and these capable players will be able to handle the pressure of a club such as Barca, they should be two big signings.

"But nothing is done, so it's hard to talk about it."
