Barcelona captain Andres Iniesta cannot imagine seeing Neymar playing for Real Madrid.

The PSG star is being linked with Real just months after leaving Barca in a world record move.

"Yes, it would bother me because he's a decisive player," he explained.

"This would strengthen our fiercest rival significantly.

"In football anything can happen, we've seen impossible situations become reality."

Javier Mascherano's future at the Camp Nou is uncertain with the Argentine having had little playing time but Iniesta still doesn't want to see him leave.

"I would like Javier to stay here," he admitted.

"He's a very important figure in the group. We'll see what happens, both sides are working on an outcome that won't hurt the club."
