Barcelona presidential candidate Toni Friexa admits he knows little about their Qatar deal.

Friexa was a member of Barca's board when they negotiated a sponsorship with the Gulf State.

"As a former board member I should have more information about Qatar, but that's not the case because some decisions of this sort were only dealt with by the president and one or two other people," he revealed.

Josep Maria Bartomeu apart, all other candidates are highly critical of Barca's involvement with Qatar.

On this note, in a clear reference to elections rival Joan Laporta, Freixa's financial guru Albert Deulofeu admitted that they too would love to have UNICEF on the front of Barcelona's shirts again but called for pragmatism, saying that "we have to have our feet on the ground".
