Barcelona coach Tata Martino was always confident of Neymar's performance after starting him at Real Madrid.
The Brazilian did not let his manager down in the 4-3 El Clasico win.
"He knows how to play in difficult matches, at 21 years of age he's seen it all and he's won a lot," said Martino.
On hat-trick hero Lionel Messi, Martino added: "He's put in many performances like the one he put in today, but the impact is greater in a Clásico. I really have run out of words for him."
