Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola is having Brescia goalkeeper Nicola Leali scouted.
Barca had scouts posted to see Leali in action against Cesena on the weekend.
The talented 18 year-old has also been a long-term target for Juventus and is an Italy youth international.
Barca are in the market for a young keeper as they prepare to clearout their B team goalkeeping stocks this summer. Guardiola, who has close ties with Brescia, asked after Leali while visiting his former club last month.
