Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola was delighted by the response of Espanyol fans to Andres Iniesta before last night's victory.
Iniesta received an ovation from the home fans - this being based on Andres' show of respect towards the late Espanyol skipper Dani Jarque - and Pep thanked the hosts for their hospitality.
"Andres deserves it and I'd like to thank the fans at the Cornella-El Prat," he said. "We feel that Iniesta reflects what our institution is about."
