Pep Guardiola is expected to be named new Barcelona coach in the coming days.

Guardiola will be promoted from his role in charge of Barca B to succeed Frank Rijkaard at the end of this season, says El Mundo Deportivo.

The agreement was struck yesterday among Barca directors and could be made public later this week after the club's big match at Real Madrid tomorrow night.
