Barcelona are preparing an offer for Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois.

Sport says the Belgian, on-loan this season with Atletico Madrid, is Barca's No1 target to replace Victor Valdes next season.

However, negotiations with Chelsea are sure to prove difficult, where they see Courtois as an eventual successor for Petr Cech.

There is also the prospect of Chelsea using Courtois as a bargaining chip with Atletico over their pursuit of Radamel Falcao.
