Barcelona have made a move for Espanyol fullback Aaron Martin.

El Mon on RAC-1 reports Barca have approached their neighbours about a price for Aaron.

The Blaugrana are turning to Aaron after missing out on Theo Hernandez, who is leaving Atletico Madrid for Real Madrid this summer.

However, Espanyol have no interest in selling to their rivals and referred Barca to the 20 year-old's buyout clause.

Tied to Espanyol until 2022, Aaron's deal currently carries a €30 million option, which rises to €40 million in 2018.
