Juventus are considering selling Gigi Buffon, among several senior names, to fund a major summer buying spree. Gazzetta dello Sport says Juve will attempt to sell Buffon, David Trezeguet, Vincenzo Iaquinta, Christian Poulsen and Tiago in order to raise £80 million to fund a major restructuring of Claudio Ranieri's squad.

Barcelona are sure to be interested in Buffon - and could be given a clear run at the goalkeeper after Manchester City's capture of Shay Given in January.
