Barcelona are moving to trump Premier League interest for Porto defender Eliaquim Mangala.
The Daily Star says Manchester United and Manchester City are both keen to sign the centre back this summer, along with Jose Mourinho's Chelsea.
All three have had Mangala watched, with United boss David Moyes sending scouts to see him in action as recently as a fortnight ago.
But it is understood Barca boss Gerardo Martino has made Mangala one of his top targets this summer.
Martino is said to have put Mangala on a five-man shortlist after viewing him as a potential replacement for captain Carlos Puyol.
