Ivan Rakitic is ready to leave Barcelona at the end of the season.

The Croatia midfielder, says Don Balon, is now leaning towards making this campaign his last with Barca.

Rakitic has fielded interest from Manchester United and Manchester City, indeed he's taken direct calls from managers Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola respectively in recent months about a move to England.

The veteran is now prepared to leave Barca, but wants to make it a special season as they hunt down a Treble.

Rakitic is keen to test himself in England before he retires, but sees his family's future in Spain, where he still has a home in Seville.
