Neymar denies claims he's unhappy at Barcelona playing in the shadow of Lionel Messi.

It's been reported Neymar wants to leave Barca to blaze his own trail and compete for the Ballon d'Or.

"I am very happy at Barca in the team as in everyday life. I certainly want to win the Ballon d'Or, but I will not die if I do not win.

"I want to be happy and here I am happy. If I do not win the Ballon d'Or, it does not matter," said Neymar, in an interview with GOL.

"Unfortunately, the Ballon d'Or is for one player: Messi. He is the best and we respect it. It is a great honor for me to be his teammate and that is enough."
