Barcelona ace Luis Suarez feels he had an influence on their Champions League elimination last season.
The Uruguayan says he regrets playing a full 90 minutes before a game that defined their season in the Champions League and hints that Barça will be more mindful of minutes this season in order to help their charge towards European success.
"I regret playing the game last year against Leganés a lot," he said. "I played the full game when we were a lot of points ahead and in three days we had a final against Roma."
Barcelona went on to get knocked out of the Champions League when they lost 3-0 to Roma after winning the Leganés game 3-1. He says he is going to be "conscious and the manager sees these little details that I think will help us to regulate the squad this year".
