Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas says Real Madrid will be paying over the odds if they go to €100 million for Gareth Bale.
Former Arsenal captain Cesc rates the Tottenham star highly.
But says: "€100 million for Bale I think is a lot. I do not know who is worth that kind of money.
"He is a good player with good physical condition. You can see that, when you consider Madrid want to sign him."
