Barcelona are being accused of freezing out of Denis Suarez over fees owed to Manchester City.

Denis has managed just three appearances so far in 2018, with Sport reporting the reasons are due to the midfielder's bonuses due City.

Barca must pay €800,000 for every ten matches Denis plays.

He has already played 54 official games and in 31 of them has participated in a minimum of 45 minutes, a condition that is required in most contracts of this nature.

Denis is now being frozen out as Barca do not wish to pay anymore fees to City.
