AC Milan director Barbara Berlusconi is driving an overhaul of the club's football staff. In the wake of defeat to Fiorentina, Barbara, the daughter of Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi, is pushing to clearout the club's football directors, says Tuttosport.

Barbara feels it's time for vice-president Adriano Galliani to step down, along with transfers chief Ariedo Braida.

Galliani has been blamed by Barbara for the club's poor record in the transfer market over the last three windows, including the purchase of Mario Balotelli, who she regards as a "bad apple".

Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri is also in her sights. Clarence Seedorf, currently playing in Brazil with Botafogo, is seen as his successor.

Barbara also wants to bring Paolo Maldini back to Milan as new sports director and to lure Claudio Fenucci away from AS Roma to become managing director.
