Tottenham boss Juande Ramos hopes to strike a deal for Real Madrid attacking midfielder Julio Baptista.
Baptista enjoyed his best football under Ramos at Sevilla and the Spurs boss hopes to land the Brazil international for £5 million in January, says the Sunday Express.
Baptista spent last season on-loan at Tottenham's North London rivals Arsenal.
