Banik Ostrava have played down rumours linking Vaclav Sverkos with a move to Fulham.

"Fulham? To be honest it is the first time I have heard about that," club spokesman Igor Bruzl told Denik Sport.

"I have spoken with the club's owner Mr Petera and he was as surprised by Fulham's reported interest as I was."
