New Celtic signing Mohamed Bangura is highly unlikely to take any part in tonight's Europa League meeting with Atletico Madrid.
The 22-year old £2.2million signing was set to start at the Vicente Calderon Stadium with Hoops boss Neil Lennon indicating he would go with the former AIK Stockholm man but a groin injury sustained at training yesterday has hindered those plans.
Bangura complained of a strained groin and had to sit out the rest of the session meaning his chances of playing tonight are not very high at all.
Lennon was already without Anthony Stokes because of a thigh problem as a strike option whilst midfield general and captain Scott Brown did not make the trip to Madrid because of an ankle injury.
