Mario Balotelli sparked more controversy after Inter Milan's amazing 5-3 win over Palermo last night.

Balotelli scored a brace, but also created controversy when he tried to stop Samuel Eto'o from taking the penalty and then walked off after feeling unwell.

Inter boss Jose Mourinho said: "Balotelli was a bit unwell and had a high temperature. Afterwards I think he had some kind of allergic reaction to medication and so it was best to take him off.

"The penalty was not a problem, the incident was over, sorted out between themselves."
