AC Milan striker Mario Balotelli has sent his support to Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti over his serious Achilles injury.

Balotelli was named in the Time 100 most influential people in the world last week.

"It is a great honour, as this award puts more responsibility on me and I will carry it forward. I'd like to wish Javier Zanetti a speedy recovery, because he is a great man and a champion."
