Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli skipped the team bus after defeat at Wolves, it has been revealed.

The Daily Express says maverick new striker Balotelli drove away in his own car, rather than board the team bus on Saturday, after a disappointing full debut.

Italian media reports today state City boss Roberto Mancini has told Balotelli to stop speaking to the press and let his football talk for him.
