Balotelli has been fined for his amazing outburst after victory at Chievo on Wednesday.
The youngster has apologised, but also turned on his Inter fans for barracking Chievo winger Luciano.
"I will not apologise to those who insulted me, but with that part of the crowd that had nothing to do with it and I offended them by expressing myself badly," wrote Balotelli on his official website.
"I was exasperated by the racist 'monkey' noises I heard in Verona, as in other stadiums, that disgust me. Instead of enjoying a sporting occasion, they think of nothing other than insulting me.
"I am tired of hearing slogans and racist chants, even when I have behaved well. I'm not the only one it happens to."
In fact Chievo reacted angrily to Balotelli's claims by pointing out if racist chants were heard at the Bentegodi yesterday, they were by Inter supporters aimed at Luciano.
"In Verona I was ashamed of my own fans when I heard those sounds against Chievo player Luciano," confessed Super Mario. "It was so upsetting and this terrible shame must end.
"I want to make it clear that I haven't got it in for the city of Verona, which I like a great deal. In fact while there I went with one of my teammates to see Juliet's balcony, which we had never seen before."
