AC Milan boss Sinisa Mihajlovic was impressed by Mario Balotelli in training yesterday.

The Liverpool striker, after passing his Milan medical, took part in his first training session under the watchful eye of Mihajlovic.

Gazzetta dello Sport says while Balotelli is short of match fitness, he impressed the coaching staff with his attiude during ball work.

The striker's loan move is expected to be announced by both clubs today.

Balotelli repeated regularly during training "I must work. I must work" as he set out to impress his new coach.
