Balotelli happy with Inter Milan strike - sort of

Mario Balotelli shrugged off his heroics for Inter Milan in their 1-1 draw with Parma last night. The Inter striker came off the bench and within a minute had cancelled out Valeri Bojinov's strike.

"I am happy to a degree, as I scored a fine goal just a few seconds after coming on, but I also scuffed a volley that could've won the game for us," said SuperMario.

Parma ended the game with 10 men due to Francesco Valiani's red card, but Inter also lost Marco Materazzi to a thigh strain, so he was hobbling for the last 12 minutes.

"Can we be content with a draw? It's not as if we lost. The point is still valuable and allows us to extend our advantage at the top of the table."

Once again Balotelli did not celebrate his goal, but when asked if he would ever break this tradition, the Under-21 international revealed his dream scenario.

"The goal when I'll really, truly celebrate will be in the World Cup Final."
