The agent of Mario Balotelli is in England for talks with Manchester City.
Sky Italia says Mino Raiola has been spotted in Manchester for talks with City, suggesting the club has reached an agreement with Inter Milan.
President Massimo Moratti hinted that Balotelli's time at Inter was over amid rumours of a 35m deal - around £32m.
"Everyone is right about Balotelli, he is a talent, who in my opinion, has yet to express himself 100 per cent, but this talent, in this moment, doesn't seem so indispensable," said Moratti.
