Michael Ballack says Avram Grant should be allowed to keep his job at Chelsea, no matter what happens in tonight's Champions League final.

The 31 year-old midfielder said: "As far as I'm concerned it all indicates Avram Grant has done everything that was asked of him - and he will actually beat what anyone expected if we bring the European Cup back to Stamford Bridge this week.

"I'm not the guy who decides but it seems to me he deserves the chance to do it all again next season."
