Almost 30,000 Real Madrid fans attended Gareth Bale's signing presentation at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The former Tottenham star was unveiled to Real fans and media yesterday.
Bale was welcomed with a rousing "Bale, Bale Bale" chant from the 30,000-strong crowd, who were then sent into wild excitement as the Welshman spoke his first words as a Real player in Spanish: "It's a dream for me to play in Madrid. Thanks for the great welcome. Hala Madrid!"
It wasn't the biggest attendance for a Real signing, falling third behind Cristiano Ronaldo (85,000) and Kaka (55,000).
