Bale says Tottenham primed to rattle Arsenal

Tottenham winger Gareth Bale says they're primed to shoot down Arsenal this weekend.

Arsene Wenger's men are two points off Premier League leaders Chelsea - but Bale reckons his side are capable of victory at the Emirates.

The Welsh star said: "It will be a massive test obviously away at Arsenal but we'll be ready for it.

"We need to win every game we play at the moment.

"We're good enough to beat anybody and we've shown that in the past."

Bale is full of confidence after Saturday's 4-2 thumping of Blackburn when he bagged a double.

He added: "It was important we got that victory before the derby, just to get the winning feeling back after a recent poor run in the league.

"If we do get the first goal in matches, then we look quite comfortable. It was important to get ourselves kick-started again. The Champions League is coming around next week, so we want to build on that.

"It has been difficult for me recently when teams have had two players marking me.

"In a way I've got to try to find another way to get past them. I did that against Blackburn and I was delighted.

"There's been a lot of stuff said about me - but I try to keep myself away from that."
