Tottenham fullback Gareth Bale has revealed how new manager Juande Ramos has hit the players with a junk food ban.

The Spurs left back said: "The organisation in the team has been great, the confidence is back in the team and we believe that we can push on.

"We need to be stronger than every other team in the last 20minutes because that can be the most important part of the game.

"We have been told the healthy side of what to eat - with the junk foods out. We want a winning mentality."
