Tottenham winger Gareth Bale is pleased they went into the international break on the back of victory over Arsenal.
Four wins have lifted Spurs up to sixth in the table and Bale says it's key to have that feel-good factor over the international break, rather than pondering a defeat.
"It was great to get the three points," Bale told the Spurs website.
"We started well, got ahead and that settled us down. They got one back after the break but I think overall we created more clear-cut chances and we looked like the team that was going on to win and we did that.
"We've been on a good run of late, we've been playing well and we definitely deserved the victory.
"It's massively important to have that momentum and to go away on an international break on a high.
"We've done that, now it's important we get everyone back from the internationals fully fit and get our heads back on it."
