Real Madrid are keeping their No11 shirt clear for Tottenham star Gareth Bale.
AS says the Spurs ace remains the Real hierarchy's dream signing this summer, despite the noise coming out of Tottenham that Bale is not for sale.
Such is Real's determination that a special No11 shirt, with Bale's name, now hangs in their boardroom following the release of the club's new kit.
"If a world-class player like Bale arrives, it is normal to give him the number he has always worn and, moreover, is the one he likes," said a high level Real source.
Real president Florentino Perez will be with the squad on the 21st in England for their friendly with Bournemouth. He intends to use the trip to visit White Hart Lane for another meeting with Spurs chairman Daniel Levy.
