Franco Baldini is scrambling to save his job at Tottenham.

The Daily Star says Baldini is under threat because many of the signings made since his appointment in June 2013 have been flops.

Ominously for Baldini, Levy has now made a move to try and recruit Southampton's head of recruitment Paul Mitchell.

Mitchell already has a good relationship with Pochettino as the pair worked together during the Argentinian's 18 months at St Mary's.
