Fulham defender Chris Baird admits they're desperate to lift themselves out of the bottom three.

Baird told fulhamfc.com: "It's not nice to be in the bottom three but I'm not worried yet. It's the early part of the season and I think our performances deserve more points than what we are on at the minute. We've got to keep plugging away and putting in good performances and we'll pick up the points to push us up the table."
