Everton fullback Leighton Baines believes a successful campaign will depend on their home form.
Everton remain in the top seven following Sunday's goalless Goodison Park draw with Tottenham Hotspur, with second-place Chelsea just one point ahead.
"We've got to make it so that people don't enjoy coming to play here," Baines told evertontv. "When people look at it and see we're not losing any games here, that people like Tottenham and Chelsea are not getting any results from here, then it's going to make them think twice about how to approach the game.
"Hopefully we can keep winning a few more and climb. It's quite congested in the top seven at the minute, so hopefully we can stay with the pack and keep winning games."
