Leighton Baines must submit a transfer request if he wants to leave Everton this summer. The Daily Star Sunday says Baines will have to ask Everton for a transfer if he wants to follow David Moyes to Manchester United.
Moyes is expected to make an improved offer on £12million for his former left-back.
An offer of £16 million is believed to be what Everton are seeking for Baines.
