Leighton Baines was a worthy recipient of his treble of Everton awards this season says manager David Moyes.
The 26-year old left-back picked up the Player of the Season and the Players' Player award plus the Goal of the Season at Goodison Park and Moyes feels the prizes he scooped were all well-deserved.
Moyes also said that the move into the England national team setup has been another nice reward for 26-year old Baines.
"I think it is a good choice. Leighton has defended really well all season," Moyes told the club's official website.
"He has also been good going forward and has set up and scored goals so I think he was the right choice.
"His improvement has been recognised by England. He is well in with the squad now and that's because he has been consistently good this season."
