Leighton Baines is confident Everton boss David Moyes will be successful in the summer market.

"Not much tends to happen at this stage - it's more when we're back training," England left-back Baines told evertonTV. "There's already been quite a few big-money moves and hopefully we can get involved in the market at some point and strengthen the squad to give is a chance to kick on.

"It's been proven time and time again now that he [Moyes] does get it right. You could list the names and I think people all know the lads who he's brought in at really good prices who have done a fantastic job for this club.

"He won't be rushed; he's shown that in the past. He'll take his time and make sure he gets the right person at the right price."
