Leighton Baines admits Everton's confidence has been knocked by their recent form slump.

Baines is well aware of the need to work hard to arrest Everton's current slide.

"Obviously, we're down at the moment," he told the club's official website.

"We're on a poor run and there is no sense in kidding ourselves. We've got to go away and look at ourselves because, at the moment, things aren't going well but we'll keep working as hard as we can to turn things around."
