Manchester City defender Gael Clichy has been withdrawn from the France squad due to a back injury.
The left-back sustained the problem in yesterday's 2-1 win over Tottenham and will now miss Wednesday's friendly with Italy.
Les Bleus boss Didier Deschamps has drafted in Bordeaux's Benoit Tremoulinas as Clichy's replacement despite the 26-year old not yet having made his international debut.
