Newcastle United striker Demba Ba insists that the club will not let their promising beginning to the season go down the drain.
The Magpies have taken just one point from their past four outings to slip to seventh on the league table but Ba, who scored both goals in the 4-2 loss to Norwich City on Saturday, intends on getting things back on track when the Toon hosts Swansea City this weekend.
"We'll make sure we will prepare our game and we're going to go onto the pitch to win the game. We need to win.""We're not going to let that happen" said Ba.
And although Ba was confident of bouncing back, he did say it will be a great achievement to finish in the top half of the table.
"Have you seen the teams? They're unbelievable. If we can make it into the top half of the table we'll be happy.""It's difficult to get into the top four," he added.
